A handwritten letter is one of life's simplest and sweetest pleasures—both for the giver and receiver. In this era of text messages, Snapchat and Bitmojis, we rarely slow down enough to put pen to paper, yet letter writing can be a deeply satisfying way of spreading lovingkindness.
In this two-hour workshop, we'll use gentle, grounding movement and metta meditation to focus our attention on the people in our life. We'll then spend time writing notes inspired by our reflection. New and experienced practitioners alike are welcome—strengthening our relationships is something we can all benefit from. Pens and cards will be provided.
