Yoga for Runners and Cyclists

Summer is a time when a lot of us hop on our bikes or hit the pavement, and our bodies are starting to feel the impact! Join Jenn for a 2 hour workshop geared towards runners and cyclists that will give you the tools you need to increase mobility and run or bike injury-free. We'll focus on releasing areas of the body that are overworked, and wake up areas of the body that are under-utilized. No yoga experience is necessary. $30 per person, or $25 for full time students.
